Dirk and Linda come to visit

Friends of Restrap, Dirk and Linda, had promised to divert from their most recent tour down the east coast of the UK – between Newcastle and London – and pop in to see us. It was a bit of a surprise when they showed up at the factory a week earlier than planned. 

Dirk had crashed near Middlesborough and snapped his derailleur. The pair diverted off route to get his bike repaired at Restrap dealer, Woodrup Cycles – a Leeds institution. Fortunately, there was no other damage to bike or rider and the pair were able to rejoin their route after a couple of days of exploring our home city.
